Dried Rabbit in Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients

1 dried rabbit

2 large tomatoes

75g peanut butter

2 teaspoon salt

250 ml water

Cooking Method

  1. Wash tomatoes and roughly cut them.
  2. Cut rabbit into pieces of 12 pieces.
  3. Add tomatoes and salt.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes and add peanut butter and further simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with desired sadza (pap) maize, sorghum, Rapoko, millet and vegetables

Serves 6-12
