300 g sorghum meal
750 ml
Cooking Instructions
- Warm water in a medium saucepan.
- Add a 100gms meal to blend. Continue stirring the mixture using a wooden spoon till the mixture splutter for 20 minutes.
- Add meal bit by bit, whilst mixing thoroughly with a wooden spoon/cooking stick after each addition to avoid lumps till rubbery.
- Reduce heat to low, and allow to simmer gently for about 5-8 minutes with the saucepan closed.
- Stir again one last time and serve with the desired relish (roadrunner in peanut butter sauce/fried Kariba bream/stir-fried goat meat/ dried mixed vegetables/fresh pumpkin leaves).
