Ingredients
300 grammes pearl millet
1.5 litre water
Cooking Instructions
- Warm water on fire/stove in a medium saucepan.
- Add 100g of pearl millet while stirring with a wooden spoon till thick porridge consistency is formed.
- Leave the mixture to splutter till glossy for 20 minutes.
- Add the remaining pearl millet bit by bit using a whisk (musika) or wooden cooking stick till finished.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir again using a wooden cooking stick before serving.
